At EOSL we have developed capacity for executing offshore and onshore oil and gas pipeline projects. We design pipelines for onshore and offshore conditions and focus critically on constructability, operability and safety. We provide engineering, procurement, construction and installation (EPCI) services, pipeline survey works, Inspection Maintenance and Repair (IMR), corrosion management and Safety awareness services.

 

 

 

Engineering
Our engineering team design pipelines to withstand the stresses of a life time’s operational condition and to mitigate slugging, deposits and hydrate formation thereby ensuring safe and cost effective hydrocarbon delivery. Pipeline size and materials, instrumentation, optimal pipeline routes and cathodic protection are determined at FEED stage.

Construction
Our technical personnel including fitters, welders undergo extensive training at specialized industry facilities and in-house to ensure we produce high quality welds in the field.
EOSL can provide capacity for duplex and Corrosion Resistant Alloy (CRA) pipe, producing high quality welds to ensure suitable acceptance criteria for critical services like sour service oil or gas pipelines.

Installation
We ensure the protection of existing pipelines and cables when installing new pipelines in congested routes which can pose severe challenges. Protective mattresses are used for pipeline crossing methods over existing infrastructure in shallow water. New pipes are protected from environmental or man-made disturbance by trenching and burying.
We have capacity to carry out clear-cut, cost-saving, onshore and offshore projects using suitable installation methods to ensure pipeline and riser integrity and for offshore pipeline stability on the seafloor. We utilize the services of construction vessels to undertake shallow water S-Lay, J-Lay and Reel-Lay of several coated pipe, pipe end infrastructure and appurtenance including end manifolds. We also utilize the services of professional divers to assist with shallow water installation, and ROVs to enable precise operations.

Integrity Management and IMR
Integrity management is vital to the success and long life of a pipeline or any facility in operation. We procure, inspect, maintain, repair and assess the integrity of pipes and pipelines by applying methodologies for direct assessment especially within operator integrity management programs and using industry certified techniques and best practices.

Cathodic Protection
Pipe corrosion protection and control programs such as cathodic protection, coating techniques, internal corrosion monitoring coupons and line cleaning pigging programs are protection tools we utilize for our services at EOSL.
